  第二次入住这家酒店，地理位置和交通方便，房间挺干净的。有电梯带着老人也好上下，晚上安静不靠马路。去腾冲热海温泉、和顺古镇、和商业街都挺方便。乡村小花园就在附近，莲藕汤超好喝！！

  酒店背靠国家森林公园，周围环境好，空气清新，房间宽敞明亮，干净整齐，设备齐全，酒店还提供接送服务，服务细心周到。

  因为刚刚来的时候住的大床房的床垫不舒服，离开腾冲前住了一晚双人间，给了6楼，这回床没问题了。卫生间也是干湿分离的，要是灯光亮些更好。房间水壶坏了，很快拿了一个上来。这间空调也给力。总共住了三晚，免费送机了。建议老板把2楼的大床房设施好好休整一下

  酒店位于热海路，离旅游客运站（大理，保山方向）就2站公交，实际距离500米左右。离腾冲客运站打滴滴8元（芒市，瑞丽方向）。入住可以免费接机，送机的话，需要入住2晚还是3晚以上（其他店也是这样）。房间面积大，但装修的质量一般，设施维护的一般。第一次给的2楼房间窗子关不上，卫生间干湿分离的，换了对面房间防盗锁链坏，卫生间台面倾斜，卫生间干湿不分离，大床的床垫不舒服，睡在上面网状钢丝很硌人，没睡好。以为是第一天舟车劳顿造成的，第二天又续住了，还是没睡好，应该是床垫问题。工作人员服务态度很好有问必答，真心给合适建议，就是对周围旅游交通不上心，需改进。热海套票卖的比网上便宜很多。总的来说，对得起价格，推荐入住。建议酒店加强设施维护。
