难以想象的差，不是用了科勒的卫浴就是高档和豪华的了。毛巾都是用火碱洗过的。浴衣基本上没洗过，领子都是黄的，而且有一股味道！电话机就是个摆设，根本没有号码指南，找哪儿都找不到，真是可笑。地毯更脏。前台接待基本上没培训好，问啥都不确定，早餐相当糟糕，不到八点就基本上没有什么可吃的了，多次催促才给上了一点，我还第一次看到酒店的早餐连粥都没有了，看着一个个空的保温盘心情真的是很差。我不会再去了！图片的欺骗性很强，大家不要看图，体验一下就知道了。
