总体感觉，服务比上几次来有很大提升，从进入停车场，到大堂到进入房间，一直到早餐期间，都收到了无所不在的服务。入住后还有赠送的水果，真的非常棒！在此对大堂一位名叫李*云的小哥哥点名表扬一下，在我在办理入住期间提供了无微不至的服务，对餐厅孙*君，胡*文两位小姐姐点名表扬一下，及时关注我的需求，非常抱歉偷看了你们的名字。退房也超级快。br其他人也都非常棒，名字就记不住了。是你们让我建立了对滕州的第一印象。感觉这里的每个服务人员真的都做到了把酒店当成自己的酒店，而不是单纯的是一个赚取工资的地方，这也说明酒店方面在对服务人员的要求上真的非常高！对客人的服务真的是无微不至。国际化的酒店我也住过一些，喜来登希尔顿之类，在那些地方也没有收到这样的服务。弄的我都不想回家了。br就这样吧。期待下次入住。br强烈推荐。

硬件不错，最重要的是服务很好，办入住后一女服务员（姓黄）一直领路带到房间，很是热情，态度很好，特此表扬👍 服务比硬件其实更重要！
