以前回老家都住这个酒店。只是发现服务和设施越来越差。首先入住的房间，淋雨花洒坏的，几乎不出水，小的手持喷头坏也固定不住，开了水后到处乱串冷水喷了一身，天冷一身衣服全部给湿透了，冻得浑身打哆嗦。洗漱用的毛巾浴巾污的都没了本色。定的是标间，付的也是标间的钱，给了一张餐券，次日正好朋友早上到访，叫上一起去吃早餐，进了餐厅说必须两张餐券才行，我说用餐厅电话联系一下前台，昨天怎么就给了我一张餐券，被告知电话不可以用，让我自己下楼去找前台交涉。到了前台问标间怎么就给了一张餐券，被告知，要两张就必须出示两张身份证登记，又折腾我朋友去车上拿身份证。搞得朋友尴尬，说算了，去外面吃吧，他请我。真纳闷了，定的标间付的也是标间的钱，你应该就必须得给我2人的餐券，居然整这么多幺蛾子出来刁难顾客吗？
