前台入住手续超慢，疫情期间登记一大堆（太原市其他酒店没有这么严苛）

酒店整体算是满意，可是31度的天气客房没有空调！！！但是大堂是开着空调的。这种服务意识和酒店应有的态度相差太大了……

酒店整体比较中规中矩，属于性价比比较好的酒店。但是酒店客房硬件不够好。更不能接受的是：房间没有空调。问了前台说是时间不到空调不开制冷。第二天虽然说是领导同意开了，但是房间依然不冷。（房间号504室）。补充一下，酒店大堂可是开了空调的！

性价比非常好的酒店。服务很棒（我忘了开发票 酒店帮我补发票，并快递 很感谢）。3楼房间设施很新，房间够大。水压也适合洗漱。下次再来会继续入住。

性价比很高的一个酒店，房间很新，设施不错。位置也算很中心的。交通方便。但是，无论如何不能接受的是：晚上11点回来，发现房间没有打扫！！！！而且我还是一大早就出门了。
