酒店设施较新,空调、淋浴制热较快,IT人员服务响应较快,卫生间纸也较为厚实,床被较为干净,卫生间使用的墙砖和地砖为灰黑色系,墙砖为釉面砖,体现出老板想要做出品质的决心。做得好的地方就不一一赘述了,下面来讲一讲需要改善之处。1.靠枕为绿色绒面面料,温馨亲切,但时间久了容易起球起毛,会给人以视觉上脏污的错觉;2.饮用水:前位住客退房后请检查饮用水是否被开封过,即使满瓶未被饮用,也不能再供客人使用;3.写字台、洗手盆台面靠近镜子处以及卫生间地面均有毛发,请注意清洁;4.前台工作人员缺少培训:我可以理解前台仅有一部电脑可以办理入住,待前位宾客办理完入住手续再为下一位宾客办理,但当前一位宾客已经移步至另一台电脑开具发票了,工作人员是否可以主动邀请下一位待办入住宾客办理入住手续;入住时,特意与前台工作人员确认早餐时间,被告知是6-7点,住客在早6:42到餐厅时被告知早餐从七点开始,最早也要十几分钟后早餐才能准备好,也没有面包等可以不必加热方便携带的食物。早餐券显示的早餐时间是7-9点。当从餐厅出来到前台再了解此情况时,前台工作人员的答复是:办入住的人不可能讲错,她都来半年了,请问您当时在现场么?!
