酒店设施较新，空调、淋浴制热较快，IT人员服务响应较快，卫生间纸也较为厚实，床被较为干净，卫生间使用的墙砖和地砖为灰黑色系，墙砖为釉面砖，体现出老板想要做出品质的决心。做得好的地方就不一一赘述了，下面来讲一讲需要改善之处。1.靠枕为绿色绒面面料，温馨亲切，但时间久了容易起球起毛，会给人以视觉上脏污的错觉；2.饮用水：前位住客退房后请检查饮用水是否被开封过，即使满瓶未被饮用，也不能再供客人使用；3.写字台、洗手盆台面靠近镜子处以及卫生间地面均有毛发，请注意清洁；4.前台工作人员缺少培训：我可以理解前台仅有一部电脑可以办理入住，待前位宾客办理完入住手续再为下一位宾客办理，但当前一位宾客已经移步至另一台电脑开具发票了，工作人员是否可以主动邀请下一位待办入住宾客办理入住手续；入住时，特意与前台工作人员确认早餐时间，被告知是6-7点，住客在早6:42到餐厅时被告知早餐从七点开始，最早也要十几分钟后早餐才能准备好，也没有面包等可以不必加热方便携带的食物。早餐券显示的早餐时间是7-9点。当从餐厅出来到前台再了解此情况时，前台工作人员的答复是：办入住的人不可能讲错，她都来半年了，请问您当时在现场么？！
