体验最差，没有之一。服务员都很大爷似的，一副别人欠他钱的样子，问东西都爱答不理，空调声音巨大，严重影响晚上休息，早晨楼上有装修，电钻声锤子声，适合晚上加班，白天赶晚出行的各行人士入住。

因为2019.9.8太原马拉松，在9.7入住酒店时和酒店建议第二天早餐是否可以安排在早6:00之前，因为7:30发枪，选手要提前吃早餐然后进行检录等。酒店很贴心，早5:40就把早餐准备好了，负责早餐的姐姐不到4:00就起来为选手准备早餐，很让我们选手感动，早餐很丰盛。酒店环境好，干净，还特意准备了手机套装数据线，可以满足不同型号手机，卫生间马桶还有一次马桶垫。

酒店自己有停车场，结果服务员没有告知，停在酒店门口，出门要停车票，才说应该停在地下停车场，门口是物业收费，结果一个小时6元，停车费收了60元，问酒店，酒店说没有办法
