4月27日下午7点左右，刚到并州饭店，受到了前台李甜子，董娟，王杰的热情服务，同时，礼宾员郑一磊（名字记不清了）主动热情帮忙拿行李并送至房间，体现出了并州饭店服务人员的整体素质很高，让我感受到了温暖，下次来太原出差还住并州饭店，谢谢你们！
