一次很不好的住宿体验，提前打电话确认餐厅费用是否能算到房费里最后一起结账，前台回复没问题，但最后结账时又说餐厅费用不能开发票。最气人的是狡辩说没打过电话确认。前台业务不熟练，办理业务时间很长。吃早饭时服务员互相聊天，客人来了连早上好欢迎光临都不说，也不刷房卡，都走进去了又喊回来重新刷。设施也老旧，完全对不起这么高的价位，真实情况不如网上评价那么好，想入住的慎重考虑。
