前台服务实在糟糕 爱理不理 一直接电话 给了房卡 坐电梯上楼 发现屋里有维修工 我们又返下楼 重新换房间 再上楼 工作人员丝毫没有歉意 退房的时候 龟速 抱的水果玩 还和别人聊天 完全没有重视 入住体验：现在就差骂脏话了
