昨天快十点我入住该酒店，发现冰箱不能制冷，我致电酒店客房中心后，酒店派一位五十多岁的老阿姨来查看冰箱，那阿姨捣鼓了几下冰箱，操着一口难懂的话告诉我：冰箱冷藏功能是好的。我依阿姨的说法，将酸奶和牛肉、水果等放入冰箱，今早六点多起来查看冰箱，发现悲剧了。再接下来、酒店的处理方式令我感到很失望......
