通过携程第一次入住山西龙城国际饭店，酒店店名起的响亮、大气不说，服务也是名符其实的好！办理入住时有些感冒，大厅有管理人员立即送上了药品，真是贴心。进入客房干净、整洁，携程客户还送入了水果与茶点，精致。外出时询问附近商业区，大堂进行了详细介绍。早餐品种多，口味好，服务比较及时。三层有个“龙城轩”餐厅，环境高雅，菜品质量没得说，我喜欢。退房时礼宾员为我提供了行李打包服务，不错。这次入住一天，时间太短，但整体服务令我印象深刻。正如龙城人所说“风水好，人气旺”！相信你们会越来越好，强烈推荐！

地理位置好离火车站和汽车站200米左右，周围用餐方便，超市便利。宾馆服务热情，设施齐全，室内宽敞，周边出租公交方便很好。就是有一点空调在晚上8点到早上8点关闭，室内有点热温度在25到26度有点不舒服，希望这样的国际酒店在这一点上要注意。

地理位置好，周围用餐太方便了。停车方便。尤其是室内设施，宽敞明亮舒适卫生 。就是接待前台好像这天不高兴，板着面孔，视乎不愿接待客人。 心里有点不舒服。 门厅保安 服务员态度非常好，热心接待。很感谢。
