房间设施比较陈旧，洗浴用品无，电话不通，冬天没有泡温泉（已关闭），只有游泳。餐厅服务不错，菜味道也不错。早餐不甚丰富。

真的很差，没热水，还什么温泉酒店，真的无语了！而且地方非常偏僻，出行不便，而且房间装饰应该有十年了吧！既不干净，也不方便，千万别订

238元的房间脏尤其浴室脏还有蟑螂。热水壶也不能用，没有开水喝。酒店餐厅送菜特慢！先给自己人做完饭才开始做客人的。早上7点提供早点，去了没有人没有食物。
这么差的地方携程还让人去。可见你们谁报谁登记，从不考虑酒店条件如何。
