第一次入住，体验很不好。停车票要去一楼拿，跑很远。第二天打电话问说延时一小时多钱，说前台告我没有时，只能续终点，最后退房告我一个小时50，感觉前台人员不专业。前一天退的房，很清楚记得身份证丢到了洗漱台，酒店人员告我说找找给我回电话，然后没了消息，我又打电话问，然后回复我说时间太久了，没找到。

在太原疫情防控期间入住的酒店，酒店所处的地理位置不错，周边有商场，如果在平时吃饭购物都很方便，早中晚三餐酒店都能提供，这对于处于疫情期间又不能外出的旅客来说真的很便利，房间的空间比较大，点赞！
