酒店位置不错，很方便。服务员态度挺好的，可是经理领班的态度都不好板着一张脸不知道给谁看。还不如服务员！西餐厅服务员业务不熟，鱼柳里还有刺还不止一根。房间差强人意，要求安静点的房间却说因为是优惠定的不能选给了间电梯对面的，在预定的时候可没说有这么多规定！这就算了，但太原也算是北方吧，空调温度总升不上去，起动的时候还有啸叫声虽然不是太响可一直响着也很烦，定的温度也是达不到的。总是差几好度就停了！洗澡水一开始温度还挺好很暖和，可没过多久就开始降温，开到最高档也只是温的。快捷酒店现在也不会发生这样的事了吧？四星的酒店就这样真是名不符实！不会再来的！再强调一遍服务员态度都挺好的很热情（不包含领班和经理），要不中评都不想给！

出差到太原，一直住这里，可以说是太原最好的酒店之一。卫生、位置、早餐及酒店管理无可挑剔。顺便提醒一下，911房间里反锁的安全链子坏了，赶紧修一下。
