酒店大堂设置于5层，明亮宽敞、豪华开阔，装修大气、装饰精美，工艺品精致考究，鲜花绿植生机盎然。

不适合带孩子，小床非常的简陋，疙疙瘩瘩硌得慌。早餐很一般，相对于100元/位很不值。有停车场，住宿可免费停车，记得要停车券，办理入住在五层，拿停车券也在五层，我觉得离店时应提醒一下停车券，要不还得回五层拿。餐厅服务人员态度很好。拖鞋质量很好，粉色的很可爱，后悔没带走，因为后面壶口瀑布大酒店的拖鞋质量很差。位置很好，离食品街很近步行五分钟。高层夜景很美。

位置一流，早餐还行，价格100，不过设施有点旧，老五星酒店，结账差一点搞出乌龙，入住时加早餐已经交钱，结账时又让交，没有做好交接，后来发现又冲账，体验感较差，尤其是大清早要早走的时候！说起来也有艺龙的影响，你们酒店订单的机票优惠是什么意思？问客户又解释不清楚，只好选不含早的！
