贵宾楼还比较安静，刚入住房间跳了二次闸，服务员修好了。房间洗脸池水龙头出热水小。另外想在房间洗澡放不出热水，真着急，只好不洗了。建议二点半左右客人退房时，总台增加服务员，以便客人能尽快办理手续。
