为了看杰伦演唱会定的这家酒店，总体环境还不错，设施简洁齐全，有瓶装水，在小店区，离体育场也不远，酒店附近饭店也很多。去体育场打的的话需要30块钱。

实事求是的讲，作为连锁酒店来讲，对贝壳非常的服务非常不满意，提前告知第二天要续住，结果第二天11:00续房的时候没有房，网上订满了，难道酒店在确定订单之前不应该问一下现有的客人是否续住吗？如果第二天客人有事不在，就要把客人的物品扔掉吗？一句新员工，忘了打电话问了，就要把所有责任推掉吗？就要让客人买单吗？作为连锁酒店来讲，如此服务，如此用人，岂不可笑，岂不恶心？
