好的地方：房间真的很大，该有的都有。
不如意的地方：浴缸很脏，少放一双拖鞋。
这个酒店其实就在晋商国际大酒店里面，B座19层。对于外地人来说很疑惑。当地出租车师傅也不知道晋商苑酒店在哪，给看了地址说就是晋商国际，给前台打电话确认后才放心。
说一下前台，一个小姑娘，好的地方是有问必答，住酒店内有疑问也很好的帮助解决。差一点的就是每次打前台电话，接电话感觉有点冷漠，每次都没有说服务语，比如您好，晋商苑酒店前台，有什么能帮到你什么的。每次接电话就是长时间的一个“喂”。刚开始一度让我认为打错电话。对于酒店价格来说在太原不低，应该有相对应的服务。
酒店写着有接机服务，打电话说没了，后来改口师傅下班了5.30之前才有，也不知道是不是真的有。
房门没有门镜。

这个酒店是我们十一出行的首个酒店，刚开业不久，内部装饰很有特色，房间很宽敞，床又大又舒服。酒店的位置稍微偏僻，但是很安静。
