本来跟闺蜜开开心心入住，结果前台把预付款单子做成了担保单子，退房的时候押金只退了一半，给前台打电话前台解释支支吾吾，等了四个小时没有合理的处理方法，服务态度极差，从来没有给过差评，真的是生气！
