酒店的管理方面比较好，服务员特别热情周到，让人感觉很亲切。但房间设施相对四星级酒店有些欠缺，例如：我们的房间（380元）没有冰箱、保险柜；空调不暖、噪音比较大；淋浴的空间比较小。
