挂羊头卖狗肉，这酒店居然还能混上携程的四星高档，酒店没热水，找了服务员说就这样，态度差，你爱住不住，房间床特别硬，不知道是不是心里作用，感觉睡了身上痒，硬是一个晚上没洗澡，早餐吧，就一点馒头包子，没啥花样。问题反映给前台，居然还辩解，感觉给一颗星都多了。
