比较规范，比较体贴客户，因外出迟归，当天退房虽已超过两点时限，但前台服务员，也没有要求多算时间，并让我可以选完澡结账（因外出奔跑出汗多），很温馨，赞一个，虽然迟了些，但一直铭记那时光。
