第N次入住太原曼兰酒店了，每次商务出差太原都首选曼兰，酒店2016年营业的，内部装修设施比较新，干净整洁，中式装修风格，很喜欢这样的内部风格，很温暖也很古朴，前台服务人员服务热情，自助餐在酒店一楼，自助餐种类比较多，选择中餐西餐的朋友都能非常满意，酒店上房间，电梯刷房卡只能到自己入住的楼层，比较安全。各方面都非常满意！！！！

我是太原本市的，孩子比较喜欢住酒店，太原大大小小的酒店去了不少，这次定了蔓兰，除了酒店前台服务态度好，其他没见一个好的，早晨8:50下去吃饭拿菜的时候旁边一个厨师往另一个里面加菜，菜掉出来掉我裤子上，我说了句我裤子油了，厨师看了一眼，没有一句抱歉的话！整个餐厅服务员不知道为啥没有一个高兴的！早餐也不好吃，以后不会再来。退房时候打电话说不见了咖啡碟和勺 问了孩子说在另一个桌上。以后找一下再问 谢谢
