先说硬件吧，性价比的确很高，各方面都不错。房间干净整洁，灯光合适，用具也很干净。前台接待也算态度良好。但是！！明明提前三天就订好了房型和到店时间，去了却说之前订好的房间没有了，还各种找借口。拜托我是提前三天就订了！！遮掩掩盖不了损害顾客利益的行为。
