离店时被通知查房发现淋浴喷头有裂缝，我说什么意思？经理说，是我们造成的，需要更换，一个要三百多元。我和爱人很生气，说：你们怎么确定是我们搞坏的，而不是以前的客人或者服务人员自己搞坏的？经理回答：我们每天都检查。我说：那为什么入住时没有一项一项双方一起核对检查？对方强调他们每天都检查。最后不得已打了市长热线。对方看到这种情况，有一个人出来说没事了，你们可以走了。白白耽误30分钟。幸好是自驾游，如果赶飞机还真的中招了。行为与黑店无异。大家别住，不一定在短短几分钟查房时间里检查出来什么地漏裂了、烧水壶坏了之类的稀奇古怪的事情。
