第二次入住铂尔曼，铂尔曼的服务很不错，地理位置偏北，有富力城小区环抱，自己的商业配套完善。附近居民原因，道路比较狭窄，两侧停满了车辆。可能临近春节原因，地库车位较多，不妨碍停车。免费升级了行政房，东西遗落第一时间电话通知。值得推荐。

失望透顶，酒店旁边不好打车，房间噪音也很大。
主要是房间毛巾还要强制收费，衣服脏了用毛巾擦了一下，就被要求赔偿，还说毛巾脏了即使洗干净也不能再用了，无语。
毛巾不就是用来擦的吗，我的酒店房费不就是包括我需要用的基础设施吗。
以后肯定不会推荐同事朋友去住了。

酒店硬件设施还可以，但是服务较差，关键是没有服务意识，立即清扫的灯亮了一早上，居然服务员都没有给清扫，让客房服务员送两把椅子，居然半个多小时送不过来，连续打了四五个电话，才送来
