每次来太原都住他家，几年了一直都感觉很好，这次的服务接待员lily让我很生气，态度生硬，已经是老客户了却完全没有以前的优惠服务，解释起来也不客气，！还有客房服务，打电话叫房间消毒等了好久也没来，，，哎，是不是酒店开的时间长了好服务就怠懈了呢

酒店位置不是在市区，到达酒店时前台就一个人办理入住时间较长，服务态度也一般，房间设施比较简约，与图片上的沙发也有出入，只有脚蹬没有沙发，但价位还算可以，性价比一般。
