我在这家酒店加起来住了有一个月多，因为新所以看着干净，装修风格不错，网络不行酒店的前台太差，每次给我的感觉都是，跟他说什么事情一会就忘了，比如留房，打扫，跟没说一样，管理有问题，然后我在这里丢过硬盘，没给我用心找，监控也不让我看，给我的感觉丢了就丢了呗，昨天跟他说上去睡觉一会下来续费因为人实在是太多，睡着了还要打电话给我，刚刚睡着给吵醒，接着敲门，门上我放着请勿打扰的，最后说说今天开发票，没人的情况下我等了一二十分钟，三个错误，一是忘了查房就把我账结了，二是找错钱，三是开发票不知道金额是多少，如此效率，我看着这酒店新住这么久，结果真的很失望。我所有的评论都将是这，不匿名评价
