服务态度是真的差，早上说的换吹风机，晚上回来还没换，第二天早上打电话让换，半个小时没人来给换。竟然插卡还跳闸了，也是等了很久才有人来修，一直让人崔!

这家宾馆是此次出行山西最满意的，酒店从大堂到大堂及餐厅的服务员都训练有素，非常有礼貌，真有种宾至如归的感觉。房间含双早，是自助早餐，咖啡果汁及山西特色刀削面都有，个人喜欢。有免费地下停车场，停车方便也放心。性价比高，推荐入住。

这次出行山西，最满意的就是这家宾馆，从大堂到楼层及餐厅的服务员都很有礼貌，有种宾至如归的感觉。房间带双早，早餐是自助的，咖啡果汁及山西特色刀削面都有，也都是个人喜欢的。有地下停车场，停车方便也放心。所以返回的时候又住在了这里。
