第一次入住这家酒店，整体感觉非常好，入住时前台服务员还特意问我对房间的朝向、楼层高低进行安排，服务非常热情，安排的房间干净卫生，还是全景落地窗，地处太原繁华商业街道晚上坐窗边夜景非常漂亮，晚上酒店还会免费送牛奶，沙琪玛小点，吃完后美美的睡了一觉，早餐菜品齐全，非常丰盛，酒店有家庭亲子房，下次带家人游玩就来这家酒店。

房间卫生干净，早餐不错，有停车位，但大多数应该都是停在酒店对面的停车场里（楼下的车位太少了）但住店的客人有保安带着是免费的，位置优越，出门对面就是百货大楼，吃饭方便，颐祥阁的二个店离着都不远，步行可到。
