带着孩子一起去旅行，房间内牙刷和拖鞋只有两套，打电话要求多送两套，告知一个房间只能两套，我又不是头一次住酒店，当着孩子的面不想争辩，不代表你们是对的，第二天又去住的时候，就给加送了，你们的服务态度真的需要提高！

带宝宝过来看病的，条件很好，价格不贵，离山西省儿童医院走路10分钟的距离，而且院内可以停车，特别方便

房间的隔音效果很好，服务员打扫得很勤，打扫得很干净，位置也还算方便，出门就走公交车，离柳巷也不远，步行差不多十几分钟的时间，前台的服务也很好，水很热，唯一的遗憾就是房间有点冷，总体还算不错，一次性的用品质量很不错，比一般的酒店要好一些
