酒店门口就是公交站牌，交通便利；一楼大厅就有超市、特产店，购物方便；附近有汾河公园晚上吃完饭后可以遛弯欣赏夜景。房间干净整洁，温馨舒适。最主要的是前台服务员热情周到、耐心，我不会网上预订，总台人员耐心地教我怎么预订。总之水利大厦各方面都不错，是出差旅游入住的首选酒店。也给大家一个好的建议！

看网上评价不高，订之前也挺忐忑的，到了之后发现和网上评价差距太大了，酒店很气派，一人出差给安排的单人间，入住很快，店内很干净，有很大的停车场，房价很干净，有大桶水，比两瓶矿泉水好太多，房间小而温馨，这种酒店以前绝对很上档次，晚上比较安静，餐饮确实不是他们店特长，很少见人吃，旁边快餐店就很好，周围交通很方便。
