差评，服务态度很差，进了房间，网络不能用，然后服务员过来说去机房调试，等了一个小时没回音，我给前台打电话，前台说我们给问一下服务员，又等了差不多20分钟，我给前台打电话，前台服务员语气，态度好差，说没办法，弄不了。我说哪我退房吧，他说只能换房，而且说酒店这几天网络都不好，我就去前台退房了！房间的所有东西我都没动，现在艺龙客服给我回话说您已经入住，不能给您退款，哎，艺龙也不给自己的客户做主，以后不会选择这个平台了，钱不退无所谓！差差差！！！
