客房服务态度差到极点了。觉得床单被罩像是没换过的。因为住两天，又让客房阿姨给换一下。瞬间不乐意。没完没了的说我们怎么可能没换，我们规定3天一换。我们都不说话了，她还不依不饶。竟然还让我们自己换。把床单扔屋里就走了。后来打了前台，才进来给换。最终还是给换了床单，就走了。被罩连管都不管。全程跟欠她钱一样。真是没见过这么差的服务。上面还标注3星级。非常差的一次住店体验。

差差评差评差评，重要的事情说三遍！开始是觉得离火车站近才入住的，但是服务太差劲，在这个店里住了几天，最后退房时东西落下了，让前台打电话问服务员，她说在上面让我们去拿，去到楼上找不到人，又让我们去前台拿，下来到了前台还是没有，让我们来回折腾了好几趟，我们说现在还有事晚会再来拿。我们晚上7点多点来拿，又让我们折腾了好几趟，服务员说给我们送下来，我们等了好久，她们说在等电梯，但是电梯上下了好几次都没见她们，在打电话说让我们到4楼自己去拿（我们房间在11层），到了地方她们都在那坐着聊天，没一个人给送到总台，而且总台的人和大堂经理根本也都不上心，再也不会住他们这了，从这一件小事就能看出来服务差劲，住宿时也没怎么见过服务员，房间门和床也是坏的
