订的是一张床的大床房，进房间后发现买一送一是两个床，不过有一个有床品另一个没有，衣橱的味道很大，床垫超级硬，总感觉有弹簧要跳出来，这些都还可以忍，大早上的客房就在敲隔壁的门，你好，你好，声音特别大，一声叫醒了以后还想再睡会儿，结果刚要睡着……又开始窍门！
想给前台打电话说一下吧，居然发现没有前台的电话，按0，按8都无反应，还要用自己的电话去打……退房和前台说，居然没有反应？？？ 希望以后改进……
