服务差！我定的爱丽丝，到那给我换成地中海，说爱丽丝没有了！从大堂抱着一岁多的娃等半个小时，进地中海一看，不满意！再去找他，说没房了要不就退了！我从携程钱都交了而且当时定的是爱丽丝到这了说没了让我退，我抱着娃睡大马路上去啊！后来又说有爱丽丝可以住了，这服务真实简直了……不痛快，我必须在这说出来！在客观的说，爱丽丝房间真不错，比地中海美一万倍！饮食旁边商场推荐南京大排档，川府老妈！地下停车收费，可以停到附近如家后大院里！对了，房间电磁炉是坏的不能用，给娃带的锅小馄饨、面条统统白拿！
