  公寓地理位置不错，出门就有公交车站，走不远就有地铁站，去各个景点都很方便，旁边还有很多便利店，还有商业街，还是比较值得的。酒店公寓式的，冰箱，洗衣机，电磁炉都有，带孩子出来玩，孩子还小，床不高很合适不会担心孩子掉下来摔到。层高很好，晚上风景很美。被罩很干净，房间够大比较欣慰。地下停车场，酒店要小票30元。附近有711买零食，水很方便，步行去了瓷房子，意大利风情街也不远

  酒店是公寓式的，房间内设施很齐全，可以自己做饭，浴缸也有，酒店的位置优越，对面就是滨江道步行街，逛街吃饭都比较方便，酒店服务也好就很舒服，这次入住体验也是很好的??

  性价比不错。不过有些地方可以改进。 洗衣机不好用，可能是因为老旧。其实不要盖板更好，门口的盖板让洗衣机震动，声音非常大。洗衣机是英文面板，如果有中文说明更好。电磁炉完全不能使用。自动智能马桶也不能使用（怎么调整也没有电）。浴室里的体重计，也因为没有电不能使用。 可以看得出当时酒店设计的规模是超豪华的。可惜维护不当需要再加强。

  自己来天津玩，订的小套房。由于是酒店式公寓，所以酒店的服务就基本没有了。和传统酒店式公寓相比优势是入住便捷，办理入住就在大楼前台，不用提前联系。地理位置便捷，性价比高，综合条件处于酒店公寓中的高水平。 位置：在天津市中心的中心，楼下过了天桥就是滨江道商圈，距离地铁站步行3分钟。周边超市便利店饭店等一应俱全，如果是来天津旅游很推荐这里 服务：前台态度尚可，由于是酒店式公寓，所以不要奢求什么服务了。 优点：房间面积很大，卫生间干湿分离，在这个价位中已经很不错了。 缺点：酒店式公寓的卫生一直是最大的问题和通病。硬件设施老化使得淋浴间角落处积累了水垢，打扫卫生没有酒店细致导致角落里有头发。非常介意和洁癖需要慎重考虑。备品不足，没有一次性浴缸套。停车费很贵 总体来说性价比很高，毕竟只是个酒店式公寓。下次来还会入住，推荐不那么挑剔的朋友入住，会物超所值。
