首先，我个人比较介意卫生，所以定房前查了很多评价后，才决定定这家。入住后，让我很满意。房间很大，整洁干净，设施齐全到"惊艳"，厨房家电一应俱全。其次位置也比较好找，距离地铁站较近，但因为在小区中，绝对闹中取静，安全性也不错。另外老板很热情。以后来天津必住
