位置：离意大利风情街很近，地理位置确实是首选
环境：近300元的商务房，卫生、环境和服务都算可以
就餐：不含早餐，建议不要到对面胡同里的大众餐厅就餐，早餐两个人吃包子、煎饼和馄饨就花了近70元，包子38元，非常坑，而且非常难吃，这是来天津感受最不好得一点。

很干净，很安静，睡得好。早餐38元一位，吃得还行。卫生间装有净水机，对于我这个到哪都喝温水的人感觉极好。我们中午11点半到，门外有免费停车位，停了一天。唯一遗憾的是床单不太干净，有毛发，有脏东西，怀疑没换床单，只是怀疑。

很干净，在意式风情街的对面，离天津站也很近，记得要出南出站口，切记呀，如果出了北站口，就要打车来了，楼下有吃饭的小馆，不知道对面房间能不能看到海河夜景！
