酒店位置优越，紧邻地铁3号线，距离天津站仅需3站地，酒店前台人员始终微笑服务，办理入住和退房干净、利落，耐心解答宾客的各类入住问题，楼层阿姨遇到客人也会微笑问候，客房宽敞、干净、舒适，洗漱用品很齐全，落地窗视野很好，不愧为5星酒店，下次还会选择！

设施陈旧了些。床头柜面板掉的。健身房合作的，不是酒店自己的。泳池不推荐，水非常凉。拖鞋，浴巾一定要自带。否则要收费。拖鞋30一双。虽然有些不如意，到服务，和地理位置都是不错的。
