地理位置优越，解放桥头，就靠海河和天津站，百年老房子很文青，见图，不知道会不会闹鬼。设施上，既然是老房子改造肯定有所欠缺：1.入口在翻新不好找，2.过道房间有味，3.我的房间门口顶棚有墙皮已经掉了，4.最最不幸的，昨天早上灯闪了一下就整个照明线路断电了，还好空调、插座没事。当然，一个电话维修就来了，只是，线路问题嘛修不了，我也要退房了就没管了。酒店后续赶快找翻修施工单位的麻烦啊，肯定是他们的问题

整体性价比尚可，第一次安排的房间顶层有设备一直嗡嗡响，反映后立刻调了房，解决问题速度称赞，不过这个问题应该一直存在，安排房间时前台应该提前考虑到的
