很有历史很有特色的一家酒店，一楼天津味道汇集了天津特色的美味！br更值得赞许的是酒店总台，帅气的二个小伙很热情也很专业而且还很有耐心，由于家里父亲急病入院，我抱着试试看的心理征询总台的帅哥，当他得知我的情况不厌其烦指导我怎么处理，并且及时和领导沟通同意只入住一晚的房费，和同程客服做好了衔接。在此非常感谢第一饭店的服务人员和领导，以及同程的客服人员。

和领导出差，我选了这个酒店，领导对里面的装修还是比较满意的，设施也挺好，服务态度没有其他评论中的那么差，可能是后来整改了吧。总体很满意，价格稍微偏高一点，不过在标准内，没毛病
