明明没有健身房却在网页介绍上说有健身房。我还特意打电话问了前台都说有健身房。我带着运动装备来入住，换完运动装备到前台问健身房在哪儿，告诉我在旁边楼5层，跑过去旁边楼服务员说我们没有健身房。你能想象大冷天我穿着运动短裤的感受吗？回来问前台前台推辞说健身房不归她管。。。。本来没有健身房不是多大个事，客气这样对待房客真是太失望了

免费升级到套房，超大，阳台是通着的孩子都能玩捉迷藏了。服务不差于万豪，贴心准备了水果，饮用瓶装水不限量，儿童拖鞋，天气冷屋子大开热风很干，竟然还准备了加湿器，卫生间还有定时清洁剂喷，床单干净，新换的。硬件设施有点像恒大，只不过离山里的景区没那么近，但是离高速口非常近。周边没有什么吃饭的地方，但是酒店自己的食府味道不错，周末人还挺多，连着吃了两顿，价格相对于份量比较合理。需要改善的一个是屋里有些味道不知道是地毯还是家具但是可以接受，洗澡的水流小了一些，浴巾不是很吸水的那种材质冬天擦身凉凉的感觉。总之性价比很高的酒店。
