预定成功的双床房，到店后有个岁数偏大的男前台，非说没有双床房！只有大床！平日能有这么紧张嘛？我说带着孩子所以特意定的双床，他还是说没有！！要我出示订单，看了手机后说给开一间双床！！故意的是吧？？有也不肯给！！这种前台太差劲??！退房的时候孩子起的晚，前台一位女生给延迟退房了，感谢，所以给四星！希望酒店也加强管理组的服务意识！卫生方面一般，贵妃榻下面有别的客人的核桃皮和一只拖鞋。其他的大家自己体会吧！

房间很大，很舒适，应该是武清区最好的酒店了。工作人员态度很好、热情，主动给予我们一些很好的建议。虽然价格贵些，但物有所值！
