位置很好，离五大道不远，在天津市中心全是闹中取静。
环境好，全是花园式酒店，最高只有4层。
房间干净，宽敞，设施较新，特别像以前政府最高接待宾馆，层高很高，感觉要将近4米。
价格本来已经很实惠，并返现40，性价比超高。
但是，住的好，吃的价格很高，晚餐价格很高，早餐样式少。
