酒店一点都不尊重顾客，你要400押金，商量一下我只有两百现金，前台同意了，但是她把房里要钱的东西撤走，行！你撤呗，结果呢，洗衣袋，铅笔盒，茶包都拿走，就问这些值200吗？不需要什么升级房间，送水送吃的，要把酒店做好先学会尊重吧

虽是老牌酒店，有人觉得装修不够新，但个人觉得很好，没有装修污染，设施齐全，房间干净，服务人员彬彬有礼。最重要是出行方便，重庆轨道交通发达，酒店就在地铁出口旁，简直方便到不行。

本开很愉快的一次出行，但是在退房的时候发生了一点不愉快，感觉很不开心。一共定了两个房间我是早上7:00下来交房卡的嗯，然后大概是在7:30左右叫的出租车离开酒店前往高铁站，然后在出租车上面酒店的前台打来的电话，质问我们有没有用他们酒店收费的洗发水。我当时询问了，家人讲说没有，然后他们又问另外一个房间有没有用，我当时就很奇怪了，从我来交房卡，到我离开酒店，一共有半个小时的时间，难道这半个小时还不够你们查房吗？在我再三强调了说，没有用他们酒店的消费产品后前台的语气不是很好，然后才说那既然这样那就算了吧，总之很不满意酒店的这种态度，对酒店原本的好印象也荡然无存。
