前台小姐姐服务很好，帮忙拿行李，还送了一瓶水，大堂环境明亮干净，有股淡淡的茶香很喜欢，房间宽敞舒适，很干净，床也很舒服，客房服务员还帮忙整理衣服，服务超赞，下次还会再来的。

早餐非常好，有煎饼果子，还有浓浓的豆浆，正好有小孩儿，服务员特意搬个儿童座椅给我们，还给盛了鸡蛋羹和布丁！前台还给了儿童拖鞋和小玩具，很是喜欢！地理位置也很好，出门打车特别方便，进门送水，临退房还给了两瓶水，特别开心，很是喜欢这里，耶！

位置普通，离地铁稍远，电视不是高清也没几个台，吹风机老了点，房间门上没有防盗锁这是我没想到的。早餐一般，取餐台很小种类少。用餐需要让服务员刷一下房卡，从始至终只有一个服务员，收餐桌，验房卡，8点半左右人多的时候服务员也不验房卡了，他忙着收餐桌，谁进来都可以用餐，我下回是不是可以不付早餐的费用直接去吃了？我当天是穿用餐，当时来了一大波人，餐厅地方窄有带孩子的家庭，我为了躲避人被乱放一旁的椅子腿撞到了脚趾，磕出血指甲外翻。想问一下酒店我一个大人都能磕成这样，磕到小朋友怎么办？餐厅座位摆放有问题，本来餐厅不大，桌椅很宽，过道很小，椅子腿也没有做好保护。

早餐和酒店装修都比较不错，不过，零压房靠近小区，窗户正对一餐馆，稍有点吵。窗子都关上会稍微安静一点…
