前台经理李娜，因上次服务问题的差评，想让我删除，提出下次入住给予大力优惠，结果第二次，前台结账时候网上预订288的房型按照388门市价减免100，我想知道这跟网上预订有什么区别，而且出现问题后，态度极其恶劣的沟通，说我没做过酒店什么都不懂，我不懂但是我会算账吧，这不是拿我当傻子玩呢么，多次入住这个酒店了，一次比一次失望

周围有广场，所以有跳广场舞的，九点之前很吵。之后很安静。网速wifi经常连不上去。没有早餐。其他都很不错，装修设施好，干净卫生。

去了两次，第一次房卡打不开房间，又跑到前台去，告诉我是系统新升级的，第二次是办理退房时我告诉前台我走的携程闪住，结果前台没几分钟打电话让我加她微信给她转钱，我说微信已经扣我钱了，结果还是加微信了，十分钟后说不好意思，没交接清楚，这是业务不熟吧，跟交接没什么关系，打电话跟我说不给她钱，就得她自己出钱了，我就很尴尬了，这酒店没有业务培训么

很久以前去的啦，环境很不错哟，房间里有小冰柜很赞，可以放一些容易坏的水果酸奶，交通一般啦，反正可以打车也不管交通了，安利！
