虽然比较老了，尤其是设备方面，但管理还是不错的，出了问题解决还是挺迅速的。周边过条马路就是个大广场，晚上非常热闹，散散步什么的很方便，要是地铁开通了，还有一个地下商业广场，步行10分钟左右，就是银河购物中心，非常方便，以后来天津还会住这里。
